The use of services provided by DragonRaja Network, Inc. (hereafter referred to as "DragonRaja Network", "we", "us", or "our") is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this agreement.

You are responsible for the actions of all users of your account and any data that is created, stored, displayed by, or transmitted by your account while using DragonRaja Network.
IV. Prohibited Usage
You agree that any of the below activities are considered prohibited usage and will result in immediate account suspension or cancellation without a refund.
- Resource Abuse: Intentional abuse of resources, including but not limited to consuming excessive network traffic, CPU powers, or disk IO.
- Spam & UBE: DragonRaja Network has a zero-tolerance policy on spam, junk email, or unsolicited bulk email.
- Illegal Usage: Including but not limited to access to other computers, networks, devices, and accounts without authorization.
- Proxies & VPN: Tor Exit / Open Proxy / Anonymous Proxy of any kind is strictly prohibited.
- Fraud & Phishing: Engaging in or facilitating any form of fraud, phishing, impersonation, or deceptive activity is strictly prohibited.
V. Duration & Cancellation
The initial service period starts after confirming your order and receiving payment. DragonRaja Network may also terminate this agreement at any time at its discretion, providing you a written notice seven (7) days before the service interruption.
VI. Invoicing & Payment
You agree that DragonRaja Network shall be permitted to charge your credit card on a monthly, annual, or other agreed-upon basis in advance of providing services. Payment is due upon invoicing.
VII. Refund Policy
DragonRaja Network provides a 24-hour money-back guarantee on all products unless otherwise stated.
VIII. No Warranties
YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
